Terms of Service

DevKanan is a brand operated by IA MANUFACTURA S de RL de CV (hereafter "the Company"), a Mexican company with tax domicile in Mexico.

1. Acceptance

By using DevKanan you accept these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.

2. Service

DevKanan provides an RSA-signed licensing platform for developers to protect and commercialize software. Includes REST API, SDKs, offline .dat files and admin panel.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password, access tokens and RSA private key confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Prohibited:

• Using the service to license illegal software or malware
• Reverse engineering beyond what's allowed by law
• Bypassing rate limits or plan quotas
• Reselling infrastructure without written authorization

5. Plans and payments

Prices are shown in USD with their approximate MXN equivalent. The actual charge is processed in MXN through Openpay by BBVA (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor). We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the panel; cancellation is effective at the end of the already-paid period and you keep access until that date. No refunds for partial or already-started months.

In case of a failed charge (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will retry for 3 days; if the issue persists, the account is moved to the Free plan until payment method is updated.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We notify scheduled maintenance with at least 24h advance.

7. Data

Your licenses, products and customers belong to you. You are the "data controller", we the "data processor". Delete your account = we delete your data in 30 days (after: encrypted backups retained 90 days for disaster recovery).

8. Limitation of liability

DevKanan is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequences of misuse by you or your end customers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll notify with 7 days advance except in flagrant abuse cases.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes in Yucatán courts.
