DevKanan is a brand operated by IA MANUFACTURA S de RL de CV (hereafter "the Company"), a Mexican company with tax domicile in Mexico. This policy describes how we handle personal data received through the service.
What we collect

What we DON'T do
- No selling your data to third parties
- No training ML models on your usage
- No sharing your licenses with other tenants
- No accessing your account without consent (except support if you explicitly request)
Cookies and tracking
Only essential session cookies. No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar.
Your rights
- Access: download your data via panel
- Correction: edit from your account
- Deletion: delete account = delete data in 30 days
- Portability: JSON export available
Subprocessors
- Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting and disk backups): Germany / Finland / USA (depending on VPS region)
- Google (Gmail SMTP) (transactional emails for verification, reset and notifications)
- Openpay by BBVA (payment processor, PCI-DSS Level 1): only name, email, optional phone and last 4 digits of the card. The full card number (PAN) never passes through our servers — it is tokenized directly in the client's browser via openpay.js.
- Let's Encrypt (TLS certificate issuance): only the site's public domain
